Neopac Wins Tube of the Year Award for World’s Smallest Child-Resistant Tube

The 10mm Polyfoil® tube with a child-resistant nozzle cap was recognized by the European Tube Manufacturers Association.

Neopac, has received a Tube of the Year Award from the European Tube Manufacturers Association (ETMA) for the world’s smallest child-resistant tube. Polyfoil® was named the winner in the contest’s Prototype category.
 
The company’s 10mm Polyfoil® tube with a child-resistant closure marks a breakthrough in compact and secure packaging. The tube is to become the smallest tube with a child-resistant closure.
 
Polyfoil® expands Neopac’s existing child-resistant tube range, the new tubes are available in a 10mm diameter with capacities of 1-3ml. Made of certified pharma-grade materials, the tubes are suitable for liquids and creams.
 
Neopac’s Polyfoil® tube with child-resistant closure offers high-barrier protection for sensitive, toxic, or concentrated formulas, and can be decorated via direct printing for compelling aesthetics. The long nozzle applicator, is available with or without a dropper insert, allowing for precise dosing.
 
Polyfoil® is produced under ISO 8 cleanroom conditions in Europe and the United States.
 
The ETMA is an annual competition demonstrating the creativity, innovative strength, and performance of the European tube industry. A seven-member jury from among the member companies of ETMA selected its preferred tubes across several tube categories, including aluminum, plastic, laminate, prototypes, and sustainability.
